Starting off, the service was….interesting. Menu as the seat you. Two minutes to get chips and salsa. Fair. Lots of people working. They are busy. I’m happy for them. Lots of people working. Three minutes after, they bring me food. Not my food. I haven’t ordered. Food leaves. Four more minutes, a drink order is taken and the guy runs away before I can say I’m ready to order. 90 seconds he brings the drink. Cool. Then disappeared as quick as the drink appeared. Three more minutes to ask if I was ready. The menu has been in the “I’m ready to order” position for quite some time now, before you asked about the drink.
A different person brought the food (reasonable amount of time), but only part of the order. Didn’t speak any English. To be fair, I’m the only Irishman in the place, so maybe I need to speak Spanish. With the help of another person, we agreed that the shrimp take longer to prepare. They brought that one a good bit later.

As to the food: the chips and salsa are shit. Don’t bother. Chips are stale and cold. The salsa was spicy tomato paste.

Birria was great while it was hot. I ate half and then tried the churrizo. Also great while it was hot. Neither was so great once they cooled off.

Get the shrimp taco.

Overall: good enough to go back eventually. Not racing to get back there.
