San Marzano tomatoes, peeled. 2/3 white onion chopped. 3/4 red pepper, chopped. Lots of seasoning. Whole head of oven-roasted garlic. Tomato paste. Roasted Italian sausages, dropped in early and left in.
slow cooked at 150* for 18 hrs.
