the wife gives fantastic gifts. For years, I’ve been too cheap to buy for myself a large Dutch Oven. This year, Dad bought me one for my birthday in October. The normal Crockpot is just High / Low / Warm. This has magical powers to control the temp of a ceramic clad cast iron pot quickly and easily. Worth every penny! Lots of settings. Lots of control.
